Narrow Water Castle
GovCampConnect will take place in Narrow Water Castle, Warrenpoint, at the foot of the Mournes beside Carlingford Lough. The building is an Elizabethan revival style castle, built in 1836 from local granite and situated in landscaped grounds, framed by the backdrop of the Cooley Mountains. It has over 300 acres of parkland and farmland and another 400 acres of forest, lakes and woods. The nearby Narrow Water Keep – a 16th-century tower house and bawn – was recently included in a Royal Mail stamp collection of iconic buildings.
